Turning
We use high-quality CNC lathes by Mazak, Hyundai and Spinner. They can be used for turning with a driven revolving turret that enables integration of the milling process and increases efficiency. The maximum workable diameter is 480 mm and the maximum length is 1400 mm.
Milling
We use new, state-of-the-art CNC milling centers for cutting operations by Hermle, Tajmac ZPC and MAS. Our capacity allows us to work in three axes of up to x=2000, y=810, z=800mm and in five axes of up to x=600, y=600, z=600.
Cutting of aluminum and non-ferrous metals
For cutting of aluminum and non-ferrous metals we use ELUMATEC fully automated circular saws. Thanks to high revolutions of up to 2800 rpm and discs with cutting blades, it is possible to achieve high productivity of cutting and cut quality just like after milling. Cutting at an angle is also possible.

Welding
Our company has a professionally equipped welding workshop, where we can weld aluminum, steel and stainless steel. The welding process allows us to react to the demand for production of technologically more complex products and sets that must be connected by welding.
Locksmithing
We provide complex locksmith operations for mass production. Our products are suitable for production of ladders, aerials or sports equipment. We have a drilling and deburring workplace for series where machine drilling and deburring is uneconomical.
A new milling center with five axes using a built-in tilting table has been added to the machine fleet. This machine allows us to meet the requirements of customers who need to produce parts of more complex shapes. Specifically, this is the high-quality HERMLE C 400 center.
