Service offer - Cutting of aluminumFor cutting of aluminum and non-ferrous metals we use ELUMATEC fully automated circular saws. Thanks to high revolutions of up to 2800 rpm and discs with cutting blades, it is possible to achieve high productivity of cutting and cut quality just like after milling. Cutting at an angle is also possible.
Cutting of aluminum and non-ferrous metals
Aluminum and non-ferrous metals are cut using several times higher revolutions of the cutting tool than for steel and steel alloys, which is why it is necessary to use specialized tools for this cutting. We use the ELUMATEC SA 142 high-performance automatic cutting machine.
Circular saw blades with powered cutting blades and high circular speed of the tool ensure maximum quality of the surface and high perpendicularity accuracy after the cut. The special clamping system enables cutting of different types of profiled aluminum without damaging the surface. Angle cuts are also possible thanks to the ELUMATEC MGS 72 saw.
A new milling center with five axes using a built-in tilting table has been added to the machine fleet. This machine allows us to meet the requirements of customers who need to produce parts of more complex shapes. Specifically, this is the high-quality HERMLE C 400 center.
